Coming from a corporate background, KJ Kanesalingam was able to identify the need and inspiration for unique and complex designs in the residential housing space. A vision for Monakko which is quality and new elements of design in the residential real estate development industry.
To deliver on these one of a kind unique designs; the Monakko team is built of skilled architects, designers and engineers in the industry. The team will take the time to understand what you envision to build as your home. These are not your typical cookie cutter volume builder homes.
